I had two separate orders and both of my orders came on time and quicker than I expected! When I couldn’t find my confirmation email for my second order, I emailed the customer service email and Chris got back to me right away with a confirmation that my order has been shipped. Very helpful!!

I love petcanva, I placed an order with them in November which would be a Christmas present for my mother in law. When it arrived which I will say shipping was on point I didnt wait but maybe 2 to almost 3 weeks.. When the package arrived I was amazed, the blanket was so soft and the picture was spot on.. Fast forward to today Christmas Day my mother in law is in love She said this way the best present she had ever received a blanket with a picture of her furbaby the love of her life Shelby... I ordered a blanket from PetCanva for my dad for Christmas. I paid extra for holiday rush shopping to make sure it got here in time. I was nervous as it kept getting closer, so I emailed them and they assured me my package would get here on time, and even sent me a mock up of what the blanket looked like. They did not disappoint! The package arrived in the mail 3 days before Christmas. And let me tell you, the blanket was BEAUTIFUL. And so much softer than I expected it to be! And my dad absolutely LOVED it. I am so happy with this product, the quality, and the customer service! Would absolutely order from them again in the future!

I ordered phone cases for my daughters for Christmas. One with our cat and one with our dog. They turned out even better than I expected! The artwork was so true to life and clear. The cases were a huge hit. The customer service was also exceptional. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

My experience with PetCanva has been amazing! At first I accidentally chose the wrong background color, and immediately asked them if I could change it and they answered right away and were so helpful in changing the color. Then when my item was shipped they sent a digital copy of what it would look like, and I thought that was so helpful and nice! Finally, when I asked for tracking information that were responsive and very nice in getting it to me! Honestly, best costume service I’ve experienced!
