This company is great BUT
This company is great BUT, my package was delivered three miles away to the WRONG address. This was a pricey order. Thank god for the honest homeowner that brought the package to me. Where do they get these incompetent employees ???? Nobody takes pride in there job anymore.

The shipping was really high. But I have to have this product.

Editing features
Only gave a 4 star bc the editing information feature was aggravating but I finally got it. Also I couldn’t find nor was offered an extended warranty option. Being a groomer an extended warranty is important.
