Easy to navigate website, great service and quick shipment.

Shipping is VERY slow. Took a week to get 1 of 4 items ordered. Remaining items will not even ship until 6/26 so we are looking @ 3 weeks to receive items...

I ordered two gallons of conditioner I was told to wait three weeks after the three weeks I was told to wait another 2 weeks they never sent my product never arrived they cancelled my order

I’ve been a Pet Edge customer back when you were NE Serum. I’ve always used you for crates, toys, rawhide, leashes, collars, bones. I‘ve noticed that unfortunately, you’re concentrating more on the grooming supplies and cutting back on pet supplies and toys/bones. I used to be able to get everything I needed here, especially when I got a new puppy, and that wasn’t the case this time. I got a 10 week old Leonberger. I had to get things like knee caps and other bones, rawhides, vitamins, Gentle Leader, slip lead. I was shocked that you didn’t have the variety of leashes and collars like you previously did. Anyway, I was stuck buying those other things from Chewy. I was disappointed.
