Never a problem to order,and delivery is fast. Other companies want passwords or won't except your info. So I always go with petedge.

We are glad that Petedge is again up and running with an assorted selections of products. We have shopped this company for many many years and the delivery was acceptable. It would be appreciated if the shipping cost could be considered. If wanting just small amount of items, it's not worth the trouble to get it up to $99 for free shipping. Shipping can get costly but that is the one thing that I would try to work on as you now have a new owner. Customer service has always been very good and so have the quality and value for your products. Good luck on moving forward.

Order is taking forever, didn't say it was out of stock when I originally ordered.

Really had to wait for products on back order noticing some new distributors starting up getting tempted to order through them.
