, Gracias por haberme enviado esta encuesta pero me gustaría hacerles una observación yo hice un pedido de 2 marcas de shampoo las cuales decían que eran para las pulgas baña mis mascotas con ellos y ninguno de los dos me da resultados mandó esta observación para que tomen en cuenta que el producto que están vendiendo que dice ser para las pulgas no funciona gracias

Everything was good until I got the clippers I ordered and they didn't work properly. I will put a blade on the clippers and turn it on , but instead of it working like it should, the motor clicks once and the speed indicator lights go from green to flashing red. And the blade doesn't move.
