FedEx deliver packaging but lefted by the mail boxes by the main entrance of the apartment building went I got home like oround 8pm i went to go get my package but it wasn't there I went to the managers I aparment but she wasn't home I went the next day and she told me she didn't see any packages for me and told me to reporter I did reporter to FedEx and the told me they couldn't track my package to contact you to see if you can do something about it

We see that there was a dispute for this issue with FedEx and there is a case number they're showing this as delivered to your mail room area table and the picture reflects that as well. If your manager has camera's that would be fantastic so they can see who might have mistaken the package as there's. In the future FedEx does have a way for you to put in your tracking number and have your package held in a more secure area. We are sorry this happened. Thank you PetEdge
