Packaging issue
I had two pairs of delicate shears shipped in same box with a gallon bottle of shampoo... As a result, one pair of shears was damaged and need to send back. Suggest more forethought in packaging items! OTHER THAN THAT, PetEdge is fantastic!!!

Good products when they are available
Good products when they are available. Website is awful. Can never order online. Each time something shows up incorrect and I always have to call. Delivery has always been good and in time frame stated. Been ordering with them for 16 years.

poor delivery
The rating is for the delivery service that you use. They take too long and don’t update there tracking and let your merchandise sit at there warehouse for days instead of delivering. And when contacting petedge they just said to contact delivery service.
