Great selction and quick delivery
The turnaround time from when I placed my order to delivery was excellent! However, I suggest revising the wording for some of the dog toys. The term "multi pet" implies that multiple toys will be included per order. For instance, I assumed that the Dazzle Ducks and hedgehog plushies were sold as a set of three or four items. I was surprised to receive only one duck and one hedgehog. Otherwise, I love the selection of toys and the seamless delivery.

Pet Bather II System, ITEM #: TP1022 19, is faulty in bathe mode.
The Pet Bather II system has issues drawing shampoo, conditioner and tap water in Bathe mode. When in Rinse mode the system draws clean tap water very efficiently with fantastic water flow. When in Bathe mode is makes a gurgle sound and has horrible water flow, its actually a drip. The gurgle to me indicates a vacuum issue inside the box that is not allowing for the Venturi Effect to draw anything into the line. I have tried shampoo, conditioner, tap water and air. These all result in the same trickle of water in Bathe mode. My water pressure is perfectly fine. I used the Pro Bather original system for 10 years in my dog wash, so I do feel I have a good understanding of the unit and how it should operate when drawing water to mix with shampoo/conditioner. This is my second Pro Bather II system. I did contact customer support. The first one was sent back a couple weeks ago and had the exact same issue.

The checkout process is absolutely…
The checkout process is absolutely insane. There is an intense lag on everything. Also 10 dollars to ship four items that weigh less than a pound is also ridiculous.

I was a Faithfull customer for more…
I was a Faithfull customer for more than 3 years and I ordered shampoo but they sent conditioner. They argued that I ordered conditioner instead of refunding me. I had to pay $83 to have it sent back. I am no longer going to buy from that company

Hi there, we did go back and review your account and did notice a conditioner issue in August, where we did advise you that the order was placed online, and it was for 2.5 gallons of conditioner. If there is nothing wrong with our product, or it wasn't damaged, we do not pay for return shipping. If our customer service had taken the order and put in the wrong item, we would absolutely pay for the shipping. Prompt reply and fix
Accidentally ordered one too many of a product. Reached out to customer service requesting fix. It was a Sunday but they got back to me first thing Monday and fixed my mistake.
