Shipping took to long

I have counted on Pet Edge for many years. I am a groomer and a retired AKC Poodle exhibitor. I always contacted PE for all my needs . Great choice of products and always shipped quickly. Nice customer service, always willing to help.. No need to go any where else !

Very smooth transaction.

Prices could be lower. Was told 1 blade went to a clipper, ordered it & it was for a different brand. Customer service needs to get more educated on the products.

When someone calls with a speech impediment they should not get nasty 🤢 and keep saying you don’t understand them I’ve been a customer for 25 years and never had a problem until a year ago and I’m not happy about waiting a month for my blade which they said it was two weeks back ordered

It was a pleasure dealing with PetEdge. Being from Canada it would have been nice to have some break in shipping costs.
