DO NOT order a grooming table from these people/ We have had electric tables on back order for almost a year! They continue to show up in their catalogs but not in delivery. We used pet edge for supplies for our store but not anymore. Since they were bought out their level of service has dropped significantly.

Lots of great choices and good prices to supply my business. The website runs slowith and freezes a lot. Delivery is slow with many items on back order.

I’ve been using Petedge for over a decade now. I truly hate to post a poor review but perhaps this will help some issues to be addressed that my peers and I agree have become too big to ignore. First, over the past two years quite often when I place an order items have been out of stock. In the past year, I placed a shampoo order for Bio-groom oatmeal shampoo. It was out of stock. In every size from 5 gallon to 1 gallon. A common, big name brand... on back order. And that’s happened on such common items from nail clippers to bows to shampoo. It’s ridiculous. Secondly, your prices are too high. Flat out, I can buy things cheaper on Amazon. Third, the product line is too heavily biased to your house brands and you don’t carry what I buy. From a special pet silk serum to laube clippers to Les Pooch brushes to Mars Coat King And no, your own brand isn’t comparable, I’ve tried them. I truly hope y’all can fix these issues because I’ve begun to simply stopped even trying to order from y’all. You’re simply not the first place..: or even second place I check anymore

Hi Karyn, thank you for the honest feedback, We really do appreciate it. As you may not know the old PetEdge was liquidating it's stock and not buying inventory of all those brands you mentioned. The old PetEdge was going out of business. Since then, PetEdge was purchased by Boss Holdings in May of 2018. Boss has been reinvesting in our inventory, bringing back those important brands, and investing in making our own brands even better! We are really picking up momentum and headed in the right direction, so don't give up on us! Thank you again for your comment, we look forward to having you see the improvements as we move forward.
