I embarked on a fitness journey with Peter and can confidently say it has exceeded all my expectations, delivering remarkable results in muscle gain, strength improvement, and overall well-being. I was always the skinny guy. The way I physically look bothers me. I’ve tried to go to gym in the past but never keep consistency until I stepped in this program. I’ve gained 30lbs in the last couple months. It makes me much more confident. I’m happy with the way my body looks. This is the best decision I’ve ever made in my life.

Throughout my life my good intentions toward change started strong then fizzled out. I would prioritize other things, thinking there would be more time to focus on myself later. Every part of my life improved once I made the commitment to follow through and have Peter as my coach. I have more energy to devote to the people and things that I love than I ever did before.

Peter is incredibly insightful and motivating! When you work with Peter it's obvious that he knows what he is doing with regards to health and fitness. The other part he really brings to the table is the ability to coach and motivate you around the areas where you are getting stuck. He is also genuinely upbeat and kind and truly wants the best for his clients. I have been recommending Peter for years!

Peter is a fantastic trainer - I've been training with him for the past 3 years, and he created a customized training program for my specific needs. He's very thorough and creative with his workouts, so we never repeat the same sequence of exercises, but he balances strength and flexibility in a very effective and efficient way. He's really one of the best trainers I've worked with in the past 15 years!

Peter is an awesome personal trainer! Super knowledgeable and fun! He has given me great strength training routines that have shown results and keep me coming to the gym!

Peter gathered my inputs and designed a personalized plan to meet my specific needs. He takes an inspiring, upbeat approach to training and frequently checks in on goals and listens carefully to responses. I honestly look forward to my sessions with him. The two biggest benefits from hiring a personal trainer are accountability and motivation; Peter delivers on both. He consistently gives gentle nudges that get you slightly outside your comfort zone while monitoring exertion, mindful about keeping injury at bay. Having done this for a couple of decades, Peter has a deep well of experience that allows for a solid level of trust. If you are looking for a drill sergeant, or someone who will hold your hand through workouts, this is not your guy. If, like me, you seek a partner in the journey to better fitness and life performance, I highly recommend Peter.

I've trained with Peter for over a year now, which says a lot. You don't dedicate that much time, energy, and income into a project unless you're getting results. And I'm very pleased with the results. I addition to body sculpting improvements, Peter's been instrumental in helping me improve my nutrition and lifestyle. He's super positive and committed to helping you improve. I couldn't be happier :)

It sound cliche but it is so true- working with Peter has really changed my life. I am stronger than I ever thought I could be and Peter has helped me realize that I can really do anything I put my mind to. I have new fitness goals that I never thought were possible for me. I would 100% recommend training with Peter ! He is the best!
