Over a week after ordering, they still had not gotten the veterinarian's approval. So I stopped order. Since then receiving multiple emails daily l, even though I have opted out twice. Initial call is the only postive, very friendly on the phone.

I do not like the fact that I cant cancel auto shipping without calling. Also calling has long hold times.

Although the product was delivered in a timely manner. Many of the canned foods were seriously damaged and dented. I am allowing 2 stars for the timely delivery and availability of the product I needed.

It's too difficult working with Vet Source. I don't understand why I have to be put in the middle of this. Vet Source says they faxed a request. My vet says they did't. I have to go to the vet, get a prescription, mail it to vet source which takes 8 to 10 business days and then Pet Flow will send my order. Sounds like over 3 weeks to me. Meanwhile my cats will be out of food this Friday. I placed the order a week ago before I went out of town. What is my cat care person supposed to feed the cats? I am quitting Pet Flow and my vet.

Ordered thundershirt & received a used one shoved into a damaged box, Velcro closure were covered in white dog hair. Called & item was replaced but poor quality control in sending item out.

We have 7 dogs and were almost out of pup food. I placed my online order on, a Wednesday and called just to be sure we'd be receiving it on Friday and was assured that we would (we are in Washington state). It never came Friday. I called because I was upset that none of our pups had food for Friday morning & evening meals nor Saturday morning. I called PetFlow to ask why it hadn't arrived and the female I spoke with said she'd be happy to cancel my order if I was not happy. I told her that I would love to, but that we live too far from town and no way to buy a bag. Had I known when I placed my order on Wednesday, my husband could have a bought a bag of dog food when he was in town. My daughter also has seven dogs; she placed her order the same Wednesday I did, just about five hours after I did. She lives in Seattle and didn't get her order until the following Tuesday! Fortunately, she wasn't yet out of dog food but we both were very disappointed it took so long to get to us because we always have it in two days

SORRY BUT I JUST CANT BE HAPPY WITH THE ORIGEN BRAND FOOD I BOUGHT FOR MY 6 CATS. NONE OF THE KAT PACK HANGS AROUND MY LEGS AS I CLEAN AND RE-FILL THE FOOD BOWL AND THE BOWL IS NEVER EMPTY IN THE MORNING. JUST NOT TASTY FOR MY KATS
