My item that I have set up on auto shipping was out of stock and it was canceled without my notification. I emailed and that is how I found out. My shipment was scheduled to go out on 9/29, today is 10/9 and I still don't have it

PetFlow used to be an affordable alternative source for our Dog food. Their pricing is no longer that attractive. The auto-ship calendar is not user friendly - tried from two different computers and three different web browsers (Brave/Chrome/FireFox). Stopped using due to frustrations with ordering and scheduling mechanisms.

I have had an autoship with Petflow for 7 years...the most recent dog food that two of my pups were on for over 1.5 years starting giving them very poor stool. We worked to eliminate all food items and reintroduce them one by one to isolate what was causing this. When I contacted Petflow regarding the issue and the unopened bag on the autoship, they were dismissive and provided no assistance, even though the product that they sold was what was causing my pups to be ill. This is very disappointing and I would never recommend buying from them again.

I only need my auto ship every 16 weeks but that in not an option, 12 weeks is max. I used to get the option to reschedule. No I get an email telling me my order is preparing the same day I get an email telling me that my order has shipped. I don't like that.

I ordered pet food thinking I would receive within a week at the maximum. Over 1 week in (10 days and counting), and still no pet food! I realize it's been the holidays, but letting the customer know there's a delay would be nice. Unacceptable.

I went through annoying lengths to make sure that the dental chews would come with the order, and it was dropped from auto ship. This keeps happening. I’ve tried unsuccessfully for years to get these two things ordered together. I am no longer interested in auto shipments.

I am sorry your autoship did not update the way you expected. I know how frustrating it is when a shipment goes out before you planned for it.
