Every time I get order from your company the box is all ripped dont know if its your company or fed ex ,but I doubt its fed-ex I get stuff from them all the time & boxes are great. Its haed to pick up a box thats ripped

Hi I recieved my shipment (order 11301314) yesterday. The shipping box arrived undamaged and no indicatons of improper handling. However, when I opened the shipping box one of the two cases had the end cardboard ripped open and the first three cans were damaged. Two of the three cans were bloated and the other appeared to be on its way also. Please see attached photo. For whatever reason it looks like three cans had been removed and these three bad cans had been replaced into the ripped cardboard flat. Rob Attachment(s) cat food can damage.jpg For the very reason that the order arrived rather questionable and someone packaging up the shiipment to be sent to a customer without regard for its contents condition is not a company I will again to business with.

Cases of wet cat food received with several cans smashed. I’m afraid to use the cans that are smashed in the seam area.

It was my first order with Petflow and it took around a week to receive it. No proactivity from PetFlow. After asking what’s going on it was answered high volume and backlog at warehouse.

Petflow has always been good about getting my orders out to me quickly and good communication, but my most recent order has not been delivered yet and it’s been 11 days with no updates. I’m disappointed.
