I ordered a pet guard for our car to keep the dogs in the back seat... thought it was odd the box was not shrink wrapped, pulled it out of the box it wasn't wrapped either no paperwork nothing. Went to put it in the car. and was shocked one strap was chewed up... look to me I was sent someone elses return.

I waited and waited for my shipment. I eventually called to find out where it was. It was then that they told me they didn't ship to Alaska. That REALLY would have been nice to know from the beginning. Even an email after the order was received would have helped. The merchandise might be wonderful, I have no way of knowing, but customer service is non-existent from my perspective.

I got this to go by my dog door,I had a regular mat there but it was always moving and did nothing much for the wet paws. This mat stays in place and I have 2 large dogs that use the dog door at full running speed. It does pull water and dirt off the paws better than a regular mat,the real test will be when the snow comes. I was disappointed the did not send the color I ordered, such a careless error . I will not buy from them again.

When the bully sticks arrived in the mail I was shocked how small they were. Very misleading marketing. The sticks I used to buy were big and these were so small I thought for the price it was a ripoff.

Products seemed bad, replacements seemed the same. It also save credit card information with out asking... I have tried to delete and it won't delete my card information.

I ordered a bag of food, 2 bags of treats, and some ear cleaner - which I DESPERATELY NEEDED. The food & 1 bag of treats were correct, but I didn't get the ear cleaner, and instead got 2 bags of treats which I cannot use. Treat size is too large for my little pugs' mouths, and contain ingredients to which my dogs are allergic....

I bought two t-shirts for my brother, ordered his size but did not realize the t-shirts only come in TALL. What about us normal people of regular size. My husband tried it on and he is 6 foot and it looked like a dress on him. I wanted this as a xmas gift for my brother and I will not order anything again as I am learry about the products sold.

I bought a case (24 small cans) of specialty wet cat food, thinking an online distributor would be economical. Took a week for them to confirm with my vet, during which time I ran out of the food waiting for them. So I called my vet, they had it in stock, walked over, picked up a case. That was more convenient, and 20% cheaper than Petflow, when shipping costs are added in. Moral of the story? Do your homework and don't think that there are bargains on the Internet.
