I ordered two backs of Royal Canin dog food on 10/28. Received an email that it wasn't in stock. This is 11/9 and still no word on when the food will be shipped. I am going to my vet's tomorrow to buy it. I will keep this order in place since i received a discount, but won't be ordering again. Their was no friction associated with the order, just haven't received the items!

I ordered prescription dogfood and provided my vet's contact information. I placed the first call to Vetsource on the Monday after I placed the order to check the status. I was told that the vet didn't respond. I asked them to call the vet. I called Vetsource again on Tuesday and again on Wednesday. Finally I told them that if they couldn't get the order shipped on Wednesday that I would cancel the order. I had to get Vetsource and my vet on the phone at the same time in order to make the order happen. Every time I called Vetsource, I was on hold for a minimum of 10 minutes. It was much more time and effort than it was worth. Next time I'll just buy the food at a local store.

They push their auto ship even you don't want it. They call you even you specify you only want to buy as often as you like.

I've ordered from them before with no issues. This time I ordered 3 bags of food and only received 1. It took a half dozen emails trying to get the other 2 bags. It seems random customer service people handle each email so they don't know the history. Took a while to get the second bag and then more emails and time to get the third bag. Everyone was nice and I got what I needed but very inefficient customer service. I will order from them again and hope for no more issues.

I appreciate you sending a replacement, but those bags came in the same condition as our first ones did-unusable bec they were crushed. This dog food is large marbles, so maybe it's just not meant to be mailed? So I now have 4 bags i had to throw out :(

I was a first time customer, and I also had a coupon code, which when I input it, it reflected the new price on the screen. However, when I actually checked out, I did not get the discount and my card was charged the full price. I will look for another online service.

I have placed orders in for future shipment and then told that you don't have my items anymore and just eliminate it in it's entirety from my order. I understand that you run out of items but there are reasons why I place the order and the quantity that I order. I do a lot of volunteering and fostering plus I have my own dog. So when I order the items, I am looking for those items. And when you run out, you should ship me the items that are missing as soon as you get them in... on your dime. Because I place my orders so that it covers the amount spent for free shipping. This last time, you did not even let me know about the missing items... charged me for it. But thought giving me a credit back would suffice. But it doesn't because of the amount of dogs I have in my home right now. You want to have good customer service - this really needs to be addressed. It has happened way too often.

I placed an order with PetFlow on Oct 10. By Oct. 27, I hadn't received anything so called to inquire where my order was (since by this time, my dogs were starting to run low on food). I was told that my order had been canceled due to suspected credit card fraud. I was told "it's a weird thing we do, I don't know why it happens". Neither PetFlow nor my credit card company notified me that 1) my order had been canceled, or 2) there was suspected fraud activity. At any rate, I would think it's PetFlow's responsibility to inform me my order was canceled. On the phone, I asked her to replace my order (using the same card - miraculously it was fine this time). I received my shipment today (10/29). So while the second order was quick, there was a lack of communication and thus I waited thinking my order was still on its way.
