CAROLYN
I got the khaki color rug to match my kitchen. When I opened the package, it looks identical to the bath rugs I have purchased for much less, but without the paw print. I would not purchase again.

i still havent received my order. i was sent the wrong type of cat food
CHERYL T.
The rug is as described love it, The treats are very disappointing - way to small. I would never reorder the dog treats,

I submitted my order and it said it was processed. However, the next day I missed a call and the following day picked up the second call - on which they asked me if I wanted to set up auto ship - which I was not ready to do yet. I think my order wasn't actually processed to be shipped until they talked to me. So my shipment came later than I needed it. I can get 2day delivery for free on wag.com Also, when it arrived - the bag was ripped open - on a bag which is supposed to be vacuum sealed for freshness...... Lastly, I have been getting WAY TOO MANY emails after my first email. I will not use petflow again
NOEL
One of the LED pet lights was missing. The card that was part of the packaging was there but not the plastic packaging containing the bone-shaped light, nor was the light. It was supposed to be a CLEAR LED BONE-SHAPED LIGHT that attaches to pet collar.

I ordered one type of food got completely different food and it came 2 days late past day they said it would be here and left on porch outside when I said leave in hall ..

The item ordered was much cheesier than I was expecting. It is noisy when it is turned on so my cat is not interested or her sticks his head under the covering to see what is making the noise so the whole idea of the toy is lost.

I have 2 Dobermans. One female, one male. The female has some food aggression where she gobbles all her food down quickly and then tries to bully my male out of his. Dobies are prone to bloat, one cause being eating to fast. I bought the large bowl in hopes of slowing her down. It slows her down alright, to the point she can't get any food and once actually got her snout stuck. I guess with the larger breeds with longer snouts, it's just not a good design. I've resorted back to hand feeding her until I can find something else that might work.
