First purchase. My bank flagged my the transaction because it appeared it was being submitted twice. Had to verify with card company and call petflow. The cat litter arrive in two separate shipments. Did not say anything about second portion coming later. Got an email later saying litter bags were out and they were refunding the amount. So overall first purchase was a bit rough.

You are my go to…. But many Solid Gold items and size not in stock. Placed order to 3 days later told item not in stock, but your web site says its is…. Did email to you …. Said ‘difficulty keeping web site current.’ Huh? Disapointed

The minimum on canned food has to be no less than 24,, which is a case,, but if a pet does not like that,, none of it can be returned if one is used.

I'm sure it's not Pet Flow but it is the fault of FedEx but the box was completely ripped open. The front was almost completely ripped open and the top was ripped open too. I'm surprised that the two toys hadn't fallen out. I did a review that was requested by FedEx, but they haven't responded.

1. They sent a coupon code for $50 off $100 purchase. That was amazing so I went to use it and it did not work. They said oh, that was a error, we can give you $50 off $150 ... place the order and we will refund you $50. 2. I place the order and sent them the order number. They said we will take the $50 off, but we will be removing the "autoship" discount you got for agreeing to ongoing shipments. That turned the $50 discount to $35. 3. The food arrived with dented cans - partially due to being put in a box with the cases on their sides(!) with no padding at all. But the cans and the plastic wrapping on the cases looked like it had been damaged even before shipping - dirty and torn. I have received orders like this on a couple previous shipments from PetFlow. I wonder if they sell shopworn stuff that is not direct from the factories? 4. I ordered on 7/08 and did not receive the order until 7/18. Chewy is so much better to deal with and I only order from Petflow if I get tempted by a coupon or sale. I don't know if it is worth bothering anymore.

Since the site began requiring account verification to login, it became frustrating to shop at the site. Specifically to begin to shop. Verification code emails, and unlike other websites that send this information promptly, PetFlow's emails take up to 30 minutes to arrive. which wastes your time checking email ever minute or two to make sure you put the code in before it expires to log in and make a purchase. If you clear browser data between session or upon closing your browser as I do, you have to go through this every time you log in.
