I placed an order on 2/21/14 and expected delivery within a few days, just like previous orders placed. When it didn't arrive, I kept checking order status online and it showed "shipping". I finally wrote customer service on 3/1/14 and the response was that the order never made it to the warehouse. With this kind of service, I plan on returning to the local stores for my purchases.

The dog harness is a great idea especially with the lights however the size is way off

My packages are almost always damaged as well as the products in them. It's poor and then I would have call the company of that product and complain too not very good as when I first sarted petflow

So unhappy with your carrier FedEx, they are not delivering to my door, they do not even try, just leave all packages at the apartment complex office.

I order two bags of food several weeks ago, never got a shipping confirmation, and certainly do no have my products yet, so now I have to go out and buy dog food, as I am running out, I thought I ordered in plenty of time to receive this food for my dog, but it has not even shipped.

Dude. My box came all sorts of banged up (which granted isn't your fault) but the dry dog food bag had a cut on it so the food spilled all over the interior of the box!! It's doubtful the cut happened during shipping even if the box had a cpl dents...besides that the box took AGES to get to me when it's usually just a day or two with normal shipping. I wont give up on you (even though I was told the flavor I usually buy is no longer available) but you can mark this time as an epic fail.

These bully sticks are hollow--nothing inside of them. Just a lot of outside casings that look like a long shell. My Bernese chewed through those things in seconds. A lot of money for a lot of air. Petflow usually has good products and good service.

While the otdering was easy, I got suckered into trying the autoship program for the inital discount. Then, when I wanted to cancel authorship because I found a better deal, it pops up a message saying I have to call to cancel, and wait...and listen to a sales pitch...
