I like the $1 bully offers. In the past they've been good. This time not. This batch smells putrid, the dog has vomited on them, the packaging in which they arrived was overkill (really, just send them in the padded envelope as opposed to loose in an oversized box filled with packing material). I don't think I'll bother with this offer again. Sadly.

Several calls to customer service. 4or 5 with no explanation of why order was not shipped. No tracking available..very frustrating experience

The items described are not what you get. a six inch chew is more like 5. something that looks thick is very thin. even things that stated 80% off, still seemed expensive once they arrived and you can actually see them. Don't be a fool go elsewhere.

There were too many problems- evidently with some switch in the system(s). I must have made 5-7 calls and it took two weeks or so to get the order shipped. And then I did not know the status of the shipment until we received the order. If service continues to be this poor, we will not use Petlow.

First time using this company and Ordered online for dog food. Received a confirmation and immediately began getting so many emails from company. Days after my order, I received an email saying that the product I ordered is out of stock and they don't know when it will be back so, they stated that they are canceling my order. Company website still has the item listed as in stock and I still get constant emails from them asking me how my dog is enjoying the purchase. Why are they still listing an item as in stock when they don't have it. And why are they asking me to rate my purchase when they cancelled my order because they couldn't deliver the product I requested.

Seems every order with PetFlow has wound up in some sort of confusion. I was told I could receive a 5% discount with the amount of Cat Food that I order but each time I called my order in, I have had to push hard to get that 5%. Not only that (which is important to me) but this last order, I received a coupon the NEXT day after placing my order that would give me 15% off on the whole order. I not only called in to see why no one told me about the 15% but to see if I could get it and I was told I could so then I increased my order. I asked if they could ship it right away since I was going to be leaving town with my kitties. When I got an email telling me that only 2 cases had been shipped, I immediately called PetFlow and found out the rest of my order was coming from New Jersey. Knowing about the weather problem on the East Coast I could understand why my order had not gone out but that did not help me since I was leaving town. The 2 cases had been shipped from one place and the rest was coming from New Jersey which has had really bad weather. I ask if the second shipment could be shipped to a different place and was told yes but they would have to change my shipping address and next time I order I will have to change back. Another time a while back that I ordered, my shipment didn't come and I ran out of food (had to drive to Albuquerque to buy some since they do not sell Wellness in Belen) so I called and ask what happened to my order. They said, Oh we contacted you that the Credit Card did not go thru. I had changed my credit card since someone had hacked my old one that was on record. I told them I had given them the NEW one when I ordered and they should have checked with the person that took the order to verify that I had. They took the new card down AGAIN and I would bet that they NEVER checked with that sales person I talked to on the phone. Same goes for all the 5% I was supposed to get. I know there were several orders that I never got the 5% off. One of them checked for me and told me that somehow I did not get it. The 5% never shows on the confirmation order that I receive via email. Now this 15% is a BIG difference and will be curious to see what I am actually charged for the order. Confusion sums it up in one word, I do not need one sentence to make it stand out. I just keep asking myself why I just don't check around for another place that really wants my business.

Not all items were that bad, but most of the single dog treats were small, very thin, not worth what I paid.

I'm a repeat customer but am seriously questioning whether to order through PetFlow ever again, After multiple inquiries, having to re-enter my vet's information twice, having to shop locally for food to tide my cat over, I am really frustrated and disappointed. Two stars was a gift.
