PetflowReviews of petflow.com

I ordered some pet food. I did not receive it as promised so I called and found it was not sent. There was some confusion because the manufacturer apparently changed the mix. BUT no one contacted me. After I called it was sent and did not arrive for one week. Not impressed.

Placed an order 9/24/13 but canceled and reordered on 9/25. Received confirmation same day. Inquired where my order was on 10/4/13 and was told it was canceled and was told new shipment was being sent out. Placed another order on 10/4/13 and confirmed. Didn't receive orders until 10/15/13. Only received 1/2 of one order and 1/2 of the other order was wrong. I personally will not order again and won't recommend to anyone.

I'm sorry but the products I received were not worth the money I spent. i can purchase all of those items at my local pet store at less than the clearance price I paid from PetFlow. I'm very disappointed as I spent a lot of money and I'm a single mom with children to support. I thought I had found a great deal.

I ordered pet toy box in light blue and it came in red? My dogs did not like any of the dog chews, I had to donate my whole order, I am so disappointed in your products, I even tried a second purchase and my dogs did not like anything you sent, I will not be reordering again

Its been 3 weeks since I got order confirmation; as yet I have received no product. Rate delivery as poor. Can't rate anything else.

I ordered stuff from the site and expected delivery of all things ordered.. I received my confirmation of order.. Showed all things ordered shipped. Then I got a email my order had shipped. There were items missing, no explanation. I had to call the company to find out why. They stated they do not have any more they are dropped! I said, why did not anyone state that in my email. I thought that they would be shipped when you finally got some in.. I would of been waiting all this time. Its good that I called. Then I get another email stating some more items I ordered where dropped. And they charged my card for them but will now have to give me a credit. I ordered basically to get the things that had dropped. Now I am not getting them. And I ordered some other things. I feel its a scam to get you to order things. They should be more on top of the inventory and internet stocking. Now I am still waiting for my items I ordered on the Sept.11th. I am not sure I will order from them again. They pissed me off. And there is too much competition to deal with this stress.

This is the only website that I've ever had a problem using my American Express card with. I tried multiple times and even called customer service. Their solution was to use another card. I ended up cancelling my order.

Ordered a RX cat food that I had ordered before. Petflow needed a new RX, they faxed my vet, my vet faxed the info right back on 9/12, and a week later I was still being told by Petflow that my vet had not answered. It took two long distance calls to my vet and their pulling out my records to prove they had faxed the info back. My cat ended up with squirting stools because I had to change food. The dog chews and retractable leash that I ordered at the same time have still not arrived, by today 9/23, since UPS decided to pass the package off to USPS and they can't seem to fit an 8X8 package in an oversized mailbox. All in all, a total failure!
