When you place a order it doesnt say in stock or not.So we place the order then 2 days later recieve email saying out of stock.Update your web page,your wasting customers time placing orders for inventory you dont have.This isn't rocket science,just good business.

I was just trying the auto ship and I did not like that my card was being kept on file and I did not like that I needed to call and have the auto ship cancelled. I chose not to purchase from you at all.

The worst buying experience ever experienced

Ordered 2 bags of cat food - waited days - got an email that my items shipped - when box came one bag of cat food was in there. The main one I wanted was apparently “out of stock” and no one from the company sent an email to notify me PRIOR to shipping - I would have picked another item had this been communicated. My cats have allergies and I need specific food that is hard to find - time is of the essence and this company wasted time and never clearly notified me of this issue. This company doesn’t care about customer service - would never order from here again and DO NOT reccomend.

My packages arrived just fine EXCEPT 1 box had been cut open at both ends. They used shipping tape with strings embedded & the STRINGS WERE CUT. Petflow is trying to blame the shipper, saying damage can happen when packages are transferred. Had they acknowledged their shipping dept shouldn't have let the box leave without retaping the box, that'd be fine - but casting blame on some other company is dishonest as hell. THE SHIPPER DIDN'T CUT THE STRINGS, AND ALL THE STRINGS DON'T JUST BREAK ON BOTH ENDS.

Would NOT recommend this company. I ordered 4 cases of dog food for my two pups and, after not receiving any information about shipping my order, I called Petflow, and was told by the rep on the phone these guys' fraud department cancelled my order with no explanation given. I'm absolutely flabbergasted. This is a totally unprofessional in my opinion.

Have sent you an email about my order (and now I do not have my order number) regarding the bag of Food and the cans being busted up. And not response at all.
