Had a coupon for $10 off that was not honored on the first order. Emailed about it on a few occasions with no response. Second bag came as part of the standing order, but this time it was the wrong food. Going to give them another chance to make it right, but won't stay with them if his continues.

All the orders I placed in the last year (5) arrived within 2 days, this order took 10 days and we ran out of food and had to buy grocery store food. We were not notified of the delay. I was very disappointed with this order and will look elsewere to purchase my next order.

My pups were staying at their grammie's for a week and ran out of food. I ordered food to be shipped to her address, and contacted customer service to explain the need for rush processing. The dogs have food allergies, so getting the right stuff to them was important, and my poor mom was having to cook for them the rest of their stay. The customer service guy replied asap and said he'd process immediately, which he did, and I was thrilled. Thrilled, that is, until it didnt arrive at grammie's but instead showed up at my empty house. Both my mom and I contacted petflow to find out where it was and what they were going to do about it, and had no response. I know they got the ship to info in the system, as they've been calling me by my mother's name, Eileen, in all of the marketing emails since inluding this survey invite.

Shipments had been going alone well until I called to have my order ship earlier than scheduled because I was about to run out & to make changes. The representative failed to tell me that the order would not go out until a prescription could be verified. I called a week later to follow up and was advised that was holding up the order. No one contacted me by phone or email to advise. There were further delays as no-one at Petflow followed up with my vet. It was not resolved until I got them both on the phone. I was given a 10% discount on 2 orders but still wanted to speak to a supervisor. I was transferred to voice mail only and left several messages and no call back to date. Subsequently the non prescription food I had to use until my order came became to catalyst to problems starting with a urinary tract blockage (Snickers was on c/d for his urinary health to prevent blockages), and resulted in Snickers passing away. I'm not saying Petflow caused the death of my 6 yr old cat Snickers, but I feel we wouldn't have had the issues we did when we did if he had been still on his prescription diet. I was a devastating situation and for the Petflow supervisor to never contact me just feels like they don't care. Regards, Alayna

I bought two items. Both were LED items- a collar and a light for my dog. The collar works great...the light..not at all. It isn't expensive enough to pay shipping to send it back and I am not wasting my time to ask for another. Just not completely happy is all.

I order pee pad on the 8th of nov. and it toke them until the14th to get here .if this had be shipped out side the U.S,A. i could see that but it only came a few state away from were i live way to long I think other wise i was please.

Although the product (Blue Buffalo) has all the ingredients I want for my Senior Giant Schnauzer, the kibble bits are really for a small dog. For very large senior dogs, teeth need to be watched (may lead to heart problems). The larger kibble will help clean his teeth, and that is what I'm searching for. PS: I discontinued my auto reship. I gave the product I received to a smaller senior dog.

I think the service would be fine,,,however the package I recieved (as well as my neighbor) was suposed to be sent to the vet service in Long Island. The shipping was free,,but the puppies there are still hungry. Long story short, I purchased dog food, treats and puppy food to be sent to the poor hungry dogs victims of the storm Sandy. It was a request from petflow, and they offered free shipping so I ordered and paid through paypal, only to have it show up here in Oklahoma City. Sadly it is still in my foyer. I will take it to a rescue place here in the city,, I won't order anymore on line again.
