I tried to reach customer service online and on the phone, then by email, I got no where. NO ONE ONLINE, NO ONE ON THE PHONE, and NO PERSONAL RESPONSE TO THE EMAIL. PLEASE CANCEL ALL FUTURE ORDERS. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS CALL ME @ WORK 916.227.3745 m-f 0730-1500

Very convenient, you can easily change your order dates. I foster dogs and have 6 that own me so that is important as when I have more dogs I would need to adjust shipments. I started in April 2012 having bags delivered every 3 weeks, I learned quickly to re-adjust dates so that they ALWAYS ship out on a Monday, otherwise your dogs food is sitting in hot trucks or who knows where for a longer period of time.It leaves the warehpuse on a Monday and I do not get it till Thursday late afternoon. So Far I have ONLY had 2 shippments where the bags did not have any air let in, I realise that one tiny hole allows air in the bags However it seems to be getting out of hand as this last 2 orders had holes and food out of the bag actually laying in the box?

I bought 3 first it took 2 weeks to get here. 1 was broke, 1 had dead batteries, and 1 seems to work fine.

My pet can only eat one kind of food -- he is badly allergic to anything else. Three weeks before I run out of food, I have emailed the company asking to expedite the delivery – they got back to me a week later with the note that food manufacturer is late in delivering food to PetFlow, so they asked manufacturer to deliver directly to my doors. Next week I wrote them (Petflow) email and I said that I have 3-days’ worth of food left – they reassured me that the food will come on time. To make a long story short – food came 2 days after I completely run out of food – my pet had NOTHING to eat for one full day – the next day I did not want to take a chance and had to drive to a different city (1 hr trip each way) to buy the food from the vet. This is what they call “Our Fanatical Customer Support”? I do not think so.

My first purchase (3 boxes of double-flats, i.e., 72 three-oz.cans) arrived in what appeared to be a less-sturdy box -- and/or had not be handled gently in shipping. (The box was softer, more porous than expected and might have been a re-cycle.) Despite the somewhat "battered" appearance of the box, only a few cans were were bent, and. as far as I could tell, the dents had not actually broken the cans' seals. However, my cat is terminally ill and I cannot risk a less-than-perfect seal on his food products. Accordingly, I will return to my previous supplier. PetFlow was slightly cheaper (although some of this advantage disappears in discarding questionable cans), but I don't need the additional anxiety of wondering whether I may miss a defective can. In all other respects, the service was entirely satisfactory.

I was supposed to receive my order on September 5th. Without explanation or communication, the date was pushed out to arrive on September 7th. Upon last check of status, the date has now been pushed out to September 8th. Very annoyed and would not recommend to others.

Have tried PetFlow 3 times and had something wrong each time. Now they have been out of stock on my dog food product for more than 3 weeks. Better to deal with someone else!!!

THERE ARE OTHER COMPETITORS WITH SAME PRICES WHO CAN DELIVER WITHIN 2 DAYS. WILL NOT USE AGAIN.
