When I signed up for Petflow, I thought it would be a good deal, (I have a 8 week old chow chow) however, after ordering I started comparison shopping. I found that the local pet store price for my brand is 9.00 cheaper with a free bag after 10 and I don't have to deal with a snarky Fed-Ex person that don't want to lift 33 pounds of food. Still much lower with the sales tax.

I was so excited when I found Groupon had a deal for $15 worth of products for $30. I started shopping instantly. I purchased one freezable bone, a 20" stuffed teddy bear & the large LED harness for my dog. The LARGE harness, that would normally fit my dog in a pet store, would not even fit a Chihuahua. It also was not the same as it was in the picture on the website. The bear I got him is the most sad, pathetic looking toy ever and my dog won't even play with it. A great description was on the web for it, and then received it... Not what it seemed. I guess the freezable dog bone was ok. But I guess it's not too complicated to make a fabric that freezes when you put it in water. It def did look way smaller online than when it did when I bought it. I bought three products and I was pretty much disappointed with all three.

I felt the dog antler was not as good as others I have purchased. Smaller than I thought I would receive and therefore the price I felt was over what it should have been. The toys were fine. Delivery took longer than anticipated

I live in a very rural area and do not have a mail box. I receive all my mail to a PO Box. U send all ur deliveries thru Fed Ex and they transfer small packages to the USPS. Well guess what they don't deliver to me at home!! I have been waiting 2 weeks for a t that I ordered. Had to get special dispensation to make Fed EX deliver directly to my home. Sorry I can't abide by that. If it were UPS delivering I would have had me t long enough to have worn it and washed it at least twice. So I will no longer be ordering from Petflow!!!!

I ordered 5 bags of dog food and I received my box in the mail in under 48 hours which was great. When I opened the box it only contained 3 bags of dog food and the invoice on the outside of the box stated 5 bags so their was no second box coming. I called petflow and they sent me two more bags of dog food no questions asked. Tighten up on your execution and your service would be 5 stars.

II received a damaged case of dog food from PetFlow. Five of the cans had large dents in them and I was not comfortable feeding the contents to my dog. The box was damaged, as well. I mailed the 5 cans at my own expense ($12.00) back to PetFlow so that they could see the extent of the damage. I asked for the 5 dented cans to be replaced. PetFlow sent me notification they refunded $12 to my account for the damaged cans. I did not receive any other correspondence or refund for the return shipping costs. Unfortunately, Customer Service was nowhere to be found in this situation. do not recommend using them as a vendor. (*I received a damaged bag of cat food in a prior shipment. It was replaced and customer service was attentive.) I guess, two strikes and the customer is out.

I was charged twice for my last order ($171+/-) with an explanation that two shippers charged me for the same order, this is unacceptable and can lead to overdraft penalties. The dry food that I ordered was refunded, since you were out of stock, my account was debited for another shipment but I have not received the order or tracking number, it's been four business days and NO word on when I'll receive the product. I have been pleased dealing with PetFlow but where is your accountability?

I can't comment on the quality of or my satisfaction with the merchandise I ordered because I have yet to receive it. I received an email a full week ago stating it had shipped and I STILL don't have it. Can't imagine in this day and age that it takes over a week to send something from NJ to Indianapolis.
