I don't like having paid for premium dog food that arrives with it's air vacuum being broken. There's no telling how fresh the product is. I can pay a little more locally and be assured the vacuum seal hasn't been jeopardized.

Shipping was fast. The beggin strips seem old they were not as moist as I usually get at the local store, and I thought the puppy food would better smaller bites. I have to break them in order for my puppy to eat them. I don't consider that petflow's fault on the puppy food and i thought the Prices are reasonable.

I picked up my latest package from Petflow today and was sad to see there was damage to the carton. Looks like a fork lift puncture ripped a hole in the bag of dog food and one of the treat packages. The product still looks useable and thankfully there wasn't a big spill. But still, a little more care in handling would be appreciated in future.

My dogs Vera and Annie after smelling and each taking 1 of the canidae platinum snap bits with chicken and turkey will not touch them again. They have set in a dish onthe floor for them to eat at will. Yesterday the doxie tipped the dish over and tried to bury them in the carpet. The cadet bully sticks were a hit with them. Have not used the kitty litter yet but I was not impressed with the looks of it.The box arrived looking like it had been a war some where but all products were fine.I will not be buying from you again.

The only reason I gave 3 stars is because I have only used my product once and it hasn't turned out like I have read on the site. There has been no friction, so I think the wording of the stars might be a little off. I purchased the thunder shirt as I have a dog that is terrified of storms. She constantly paces, pants, scratches and searches for places to hide with no luck. We've only had the one storm and she was really good with letting me put it on her, but it just didn't work for her like I was hoping. But, I am not giving up yet. I will continue to put this on her when we have storms and hopefully after a few times it will begin to work for her. Gosh I'm hoping because she can drive you crazy!!!! I received my purchase very quickly and it looks just like the picture so I'm pleased with that. Now if it will only work. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

I didnt think it was worth 24.00 I was expecting more from the way you guys said you cram the box full. it was all treats and 2 toys, I could pay the same price in the pet store down the road for what I got in the box. I was disappointed :(
