All products finally arrived after a week-long wait. I am surprised that all was well with my order after seeing the condition of the box it came in. The box looked like it was used for football practice. Everything is fine though and I loved that shipping was free.

I signed up for the monthly scheduled shipment but my order did not came as scheduled. I kept getting emails that my order will ship on a certain date but no confirmination on the order being shipped. I had to place another order, in the meantime, I ended up running out of food for my dog and had to run to the local pet store to pick up some food while I wait for my order to come.

I have received several unordered deliveries and know I did not arrange for automatic deliveries of any product.

I read about your awesome 2 day shipping and because you were recommended I finally placed my first order, on July 4th, because of an advertising you sent me with a discount. The order did not come in until the 10th. It sat in a hot warehouse for 2 days because you shipped it out on Friday. I would have thought you would have waited to ship it on Monday, as it would have arrived almost the same time and not been in the heat so long! With that said the dog food arrived in a nicely sealed box, which I am glad of. This is the first time I ever ordered dog food by mail.

I thought PetFlow was a good idea to get the food I buy for my Chihuahuas without making numerous trips to the store that carries it, only to find out they are out of it......for weeks at a time. But, my first order was July 5th and the tracking said to expect it July 7th. On July 8th, I checked and FedEx had taken the delivery date completely off with no explanation. I called PetFlow and they were able to look it up and tell me it should come the next day. So, finally, I got the food on July 9th; two days after they originally said to expect delivery.

But my last order arrived with the package inside broken open and kitty litter spilling on the floor!

I,m very happy with Petflow with the following exceptions. One, it was indicated somewhere that you would add a product if you didn't offer it. I requested that you offer large size Dentastix from Pedigree. The person I talked to made it seem like like it was up to me to check the list to see if was added. In other words, lip service. The product is still not on the list. And two, your system of sending the orders out at a specific interval leaves something to be desired. I by phone had requested that an order not be shipped until I released it. I then received a e-mail saying the order was shipping in a week. Not good. The problem appears to be straightened out now.

The mail system took it's own sweet time getting my order here. According to tracking it was picked up on 7/5 & I didn't get it until 7/11. There are no instructions on how to activate the Pet Safety Light, I finally figured it out, but don't like that you have to turn it off & on.
