Price was competitive but processing time takes too long. I ordered the product on a Friday, product was mailed Monday, a week has passed and we haven't received the product in the mail.

I have so far received two shipments from Pet Flow. I love the idea of the service, and they have provided the dog food I ordered right on time, at a great price with free shipping. However, I ordered cat food with both shipments, several weeks before I needed it, and neither shipment included the cat food, with no explanation of when to expect it. It showed up about two weeks later. I had hoped to avoid an extra trip to Petsmart, but without my cat food, I had to go get some so that I didn't run out. I hope future experiences are more positive.

Though I have been a faithful shopper with PetFlow, I keep hoping that the website would be upgraded to make finding items easier. The toolbar does not work as expected. If more than one choice is selected, suddenly another is lost. Selection is poor when it comes to toys too. Items seem to be out of stock frequently. All I want is a site where I can select multiple choices, like cat, dry food, and a condition, and actually get more than 2 hits. And how about more choices for animals sensitive to chicken. Not a lot of those. Love the subscription service though. Very easy to edit shipments and have experienced no problems. Thank you for this innovative idea.

I like the idea of ordering pet products online with quick home delivery. Unfortunately the web site for petflow.com is pretty bad. It is hard to search. Forget trying to browse. Key words do not necessarily bring up all the available items. You pretty much need to know exactly what item you need. If you want to look around for new products be prepared to spend some time. I had already purchased a groupon deal so I had to buy off the site. Otherwise I would have given up when I realized how difficult it was to use the web site. I managed to find what I needed and place my order. Shipping and delivery was pretty quick. It was well-packaged, the product was fresh, and the order was complete. But I probably will not order from seller again because of the poorly designed site.

Price was higher than local PetSmart so you're paying for the "free" shipping. I purchased 3 bags of Wild Buffalo Salmon 11 lb. bags of cat food and the sell by date was 6 months closer than those from PetSmart. Also, I had to subscribe to get $10 off the order and when I didn't complete checkout I received an email with a lifetime free shipping offer and a code to enter for it. However, that code gave me free shipping but took away my $10 off coupon. I will likely not continue with this company because I am disappointed with the dates, they have scheduled my next four shipments and without any discounts it's just not worth it to pay more. Also, a local farm store has started carrying it and I get 10% off every Tuesday and at about $35 per bag that's better than the $10 off I got here.

I like PetFlow for the most part, but I've had my run-ins with their website - it leaves a little to be desired in the User Friendly department.

I thought I'd try out this service to have my dog's food delivered regularly. I'm a little worried since I have already attempted to contact customer service with a question and I have not received a response yet. My first delivery was shipped but I haven't received it yet.

My package had two products that had opened in transport. My cat litter was opened and spilled into box. The pack of dog treats bones was opened and in the box.
