Found out about PetFlow through Groupon, being excited to spoil my dog online was thought to be easy. Especially with all their promotions! That is until I found out that you could not use any of their great promotions with the Groupon! Aside from that great speedy service.

We love having our food delivered and the deliveries are always timely. Our only issue has been the sudden notifications that our brand/flavor is not available. It has happened three times and gets annoying when the notifications arrive at the last minute making it impossible for you to change out without running out. It would also be helpful if the site recommended an alternative if your brand/flavor is not available.

I would have rated this 5star after my first few shipments but my experience with recent orders have left me dissatisfied with the overall program! Competitive pricing is the only thing that keeps me ordering. I am planning to check our local pet store pricing and if they can match or get within a few bucks, I will probably stop using Pet Flow. Pet Flow needs to work harder to keep my business!

I am So happy with my shipments -- and how easy it is to get product. The only BIG problem is that in order to return product (my Sheltie's food changed, so the big bag must go back) there are SO many hoops that I still haven't attempted to send it back. I wish that it was as easy as other websites make it everyday....

Beautiful website, clean and easy to navigate. Great variety of products at reasonable prices. The shipment process has taken over a week and we are still waiting for it, probably because the product shipped from New Jersey and is trying to make it's way to Nevada. The pony express could have gotten us our dog food quicker. Make sure you order while you still have plenty of food on hand.

Boxes of cat litter often have rips or holes with litter leaking out. Food bags are fine. We also ordered the 14lb box of Fresh Step Premium litter and were notified that it had been discontinued.

I found it difficult to make more than one change to my order at a time. I get Smart Paks for my horses and I love their system! They notify you by email a week before shipping and have an easy system to change your order. I wanted to change my order and was surprised to find the next shipment on my doorstep. Oops...too late. On a different note, when my order arrived at least 5 days early, I contacted customer service and they were very pleasant and professional. Off to try to change my order now.

Never had a problem with shipping on past order. Past orders were shipped via FedEx Home Delivery exclusively and I receive the order 2-days after it was picked-up. My order was shipped/picked-up on 03/16/2012; and I will not receive it until 03/31/2012. It does not take 6-days to ship a package from Dayton, NJ to Murrysville, PA. PetFlow is trying to save a buck by shipping partially via FedEx and then via USPS. That service level sucks and is not dependable. My dog is now going without until Saturday afternoon instead of when I expected to have the shipment on Wednesday, 03/28/2012. I spent 32-years in the shipping industry, so I know how the system works. Very disappointed with PetFlows decision on shipping methods. Should have just bought the items at PetSmart for the same price.
