PetflowReviews of petflow.com

I thought the process was fairly simple and the shipping was fast. The problem I have is that the prices seem to be more expensive. I would reuse petflow.com again if the prices were lowered. Otherwise, I am a one time user.

I think it is a great idea, and the price is better than the pet store. My concern is that, until there are many users, the dog food will be sitting on the shelves. It has been my experience in the past that food vendors who do not sell a lot of my brand (Wellness) have food that is old, and gives my sensitive-stomached dog diarrhea. We received our first delivery 6 weeks ago, and he has had several bouts with the poops. I took him to the vet and his temp is good and he is worm-free. We just received our second delivery, so hopefully this will not be a problem with this bag, otherwise we will cancel our order with you and go back to purchasing from the pet store.

I really love having the food delivered right to my door. My Doberman is still a growing boy and his serving sizes change on a regular basis to meet the needs of his changing body. It's very easy and fast to adjust ship dates. I have even received free treats once to twice as well! My only issue however is that in the six months I have been using PetFlow my rates have gone up 3 times without notice. Shipping has remained free, but the cost of the food has increased. This is frustrating because I did a lot of reaserch and they made seem as though this would not happen. My third order there was an increase and again at my forth. I understand a slight increase but this makes me feel though they are taking advantage or scamming. One more increase and I think I will have to switch.

LOVE having my dog food delivered right to my doorstep. I just wish it was easier to edit what product you want delivered, etc.. It would be nice to be able to choose which product you want per delivery; such as what flavor dog food. Instead I have to delete the whole thing and start over. Overall this service is a huge timesaver and moneysaver for me so far!

I love having my dog's food delivered to my doorstep - - but the condition of the packaging on arrival leaves much to be desired. The shipping department tries to put too much into a box. I appreciate the free shipping but I am willing to pay to make sure it arrives in one piece and in good condition.

THE BOXES WERE VERY FLIMSY. 2 CARTONS OF LITTER IS TOO HEAVY FOR FED EX MAN TO CARRY THIS IS THE THIRD DELIVERY WHERE ONE OF THE BOXES WERE OPENED UP

The deak was great but you might consider another carrier for delivery. Good thing my package was waterproof as the box was left outside on my porch by FedEx in the rain. Upon my return home at about 3:20 in the afternoon when I went to retrieve my package, the entire box fell apart because it was soaking wet. Luckily, the packaging used by Blue Wilderness is waterproof, so the cat food was protected. Otherwise, it would have been ruined. The post office would have left me a notice to pick it up from them and would not have left it in the rain all day.

Great selection and rapid service, however, unless there is some kind of trick to your web-site, it is virtually impossible for me to change an order.
