Just got my first order.I t took seven days not the advertised two. I ordered a twelve pound box of Canadae dog treats (they are not carried by anyone near me) besides taking a week toget they are all broken, I have about five pounds of crumbs.Maybe I will have better luck with the dog food. I will try one more time

Prompt delivery. Both packages of the 7 lb. Royal Canin Special 33 arrived in good shape. Only one thing concerned me on the expiration date ... 5/27/2012. Only 3.5 months shelf life. This is far shorter than products at other pet stores. Maybe this is why they were on sale. If PetFlow can offer longer (one-year) expiration dates, this plan will be more attractive.

Prices are a little higher than competitors. The groupon made it a better deal. Website navigation and search needs improvement.

Loved that the littler and food I ordered for my cat came fast. Did not like that the box of litter was busted and there was litter all over inside of delivery box. I'd use the servise again though...

I asked that my 4 cases of cat food be shipped early. Although it did ship approximately 3 days after the asked for date, it did arrive very quickly. I am very satisfied with the reliability of timely shipments. However, I usually have a problem with some dented cans--although it usually is just a few. On this last shipment 12 cans (the equivalent of 1 case) had a definite dent, although I am sure they are all useable. I did receive another 5 cans that are severely dented and I am not sure as to the quality of the contents until they are opened. I generally am very pleased with your service, however if this damage continues to this extent, I may have to re-evaluate buying product from you.

I ordered dog food and a box arrived the next day with my correct order on the label, but the contents inside were cans and cans of catfood - clearly a quality control matter. I called PetFlow and they rectified the problem immediately. Received my replacement the next day.

Did not find it that easy to cancel a scheduled order. I now have more food for my cat than I will need for quite a while. Should have longer intervals available for scheduled shipments. Some animals do not consume a lot of food. Just a thought. I have more food than I need so I will not be ordering for quite a long time.
