I asked that my automatic shipment be sent early, as we were leaving town for 3 weeks. I was assured it would ship immediately & arrive before our trip. I received an e-mail that my order shipped--- not the week before buy one day before our departure! My Fudgie does not have her treats!!!

What's the point of ordering food on the web if it's not going to arrive on schedule? This company is a Bronx bucket shop and could ship from either Las Vegas, New Jersey, or who knows where. If you run out of food because you're waiting for the shipment, and then it arrives damages. What's the point? Suggest you find a local store - ours has the same prices. PetSLOW = NO GO!

I cannot believe a company does not rotate their stock to ensure that NO expired product has been sent to a new, or for that matter, an existing customer! This needs to be resolved immediately or your FB page will be posted with negative comments and I will not continue as your customer. I have sent a formal email with the needed information.

the order takes to long to get to my door and the deliver service fedx just dropped it off down the road on top of the mailbox were anyone could pick it up and left out in freezing cold weather this is food and it could have frozen. I am very unhappy with the late service and fedx. I will not longer be ordering from this company ever again.

After not being notified my order was back ordered I sat waiting for my dogs food. The back order was then cancelled after 3 weeks of waiting without notice . Next it was rescheduled for the mext month like the the order never existed and arrived on time a month late. In a scramble I ordered from PetFoodDirect and received it in 2 days. The cost was a little higher but it came on time. I'll give petflow one more chance but now I have my RX at another place and will switch if it happens again.

I ordered two bags of food that I have a hard time finding in my new location. However, when it arrived, it was expired by several months. I had to send pix via email for verification purposes. They said they would send new food (a week and still not arrived), but no expedited shipping, no compensation of any sort plus they wanted me to pay the postage to ship the expired UPCs to their New York office. Yes, they already had the pix, but also wanted the actual UPCs. I had originally ordered from here because I had purchased a Groupon. Very disappointed and will not be a return customer.

I liked my experience with this site, except for the feeling of being pressured to join their automatic deliveries...over and over again. I almost felt like I didn't have a choice BUT to join if I wanted to leave the website. Thus, I won't be ordering again from them.

I have recently had problems with the delivery of my shipments. When I contacted customer service at Petflow.com they advised me they would not assist me with the issues I have been having with the deliveries even though they are the shippers. Fedex has repeatedly backed onto my lawn leaving ruts, delivered boxes which were completely busted open and dented cans. I'm highly disappointed and am currently considering other options for deliver of my dog's food. If they are the shipper they should accept responsibility and at least make an attempt to show caring and an try to rectify.
