I never received any follow up on my order status a week after my order was submitted. When I called, I was told I would get a follow up call soon telling me what’s wrong with the order and why it wasn’t going through. 5 hours later, I still hadn’t received a call back. I called myself to find out that my order was canceled because the website was wrong and the item wasn’t actually in stock.

I’m waiting, from 7/12/2021, to hear when the Order for Royal Canin Vet Hypo cat treat will be shipped.

I know businesses are having issues but communication is important. I ordered RX dog food that evidently is out of stock everywhere. After two weeks no one at PetFlow had contacted me, so I called. I sat on hold for about five minutes only to get a voicemail. I ended up emailing and canceling the order, but even a response from that took days! Very disappointing!

Ordered food for cat using the promo code that was sent to my email. Several days after placing order I received an email that part of the order was out of stock and my card would be issued a refund for the out of stock items. After receiving the order in the mail I looked to verify my card was refunded the items I did not receive. Petflow charged me full price for the products they shipped, took away the promotional discount and refunded my card the small remaining balance. What a scam not on a refund for out of stock items. What's the point of the promo code. Never again I'll stick with chewy.

Ordered pup toys that were too small for our puppy. We tried contacting petflow to return without response. Disappointing as we really wanted to like pet flow as we like what their product look like. Returning items should not be difficult as items are purchased unseen. Hopefully they will improve.

Online was good but this company is false advertisement it said online a piece of driftwood 20 to 26 inch no where close the biggest one was 15 inches.

My son put in an order for some cat food.then in a very short time was emailed that the item was out of stock. we needed the food so cancelled the order and shopped elsewhere.

Prices are “on sale” prices that are the same price as everywhere else and they say you saved this $. That’s really not the case you paid the same price as at Chewy, PetSmart, Petco or Amazon. There was a discount to sign up for automatic shipping, that was great! On my original order I received a 22# bag of dry puppy food and 12 cans of wet puppy food. Several cans were damaged and I had to throw out 2. The package looked fine so I guess it was damaged before it was packed? I was refunded the 2 cans and comped some $ for my troubles. I decided not to continue the automatic program but when I tried to do it online it wouldn’t let me. I had to call and stop it verbally. What a hassle! I decided since I had some comp $ I would order again this time dry puppy food and a toy ball for the puppy. The it let me do the order but the next day I was notified the toy ball was out of stock and Petflow would send it later, when it didn’t say. The dry puppy food arrived and the box was in very poor shape, barley holding together the top was open and you could see the contents. But there was no damage to the dry puppy food I could see so OK. The toy ball arrived the same day so that worked out. Between Petflow and their shipper (Fedex) I think Pet flow is a bust and I probably won’t use them again.
