I order multiple cans of food on an auto-ship program. I had had trouble finding the food. All other sites that I checked said, “sold out” before I setup any kind of auto-ship. So I was excited to see that Pet Flow did not say “sold out” that was until the next day when I received an email saying they were sold out of the food as well. I really wish I would’ve known that beforehand.

I ordered some dog food, you told me in stock and was shipped. Not having received it, I called, and I was told that you didn't have any. And I should have received an email. I didn't. Why was I told you had it, it was shipped, when that wasn't even close to the truth?

Bag of food had a tear. And dog treats were smashed. Not sure why they would package small boxes with huge dog food bags.

ordered urinary SO dog food which requires Vet's prescription. you couldn't reach our vet through your automatic system. I checked with our Vet several times and they hadn't received the request. Gave you our Vet's phone and fax numbers. Was told your pharmacy would call our vet. It never happened. After a week of this i had to cancel the order because it would not have reached us in time for our trip home. Used both phone and text chat to communicate with you and was promised that this communication would take place and it never did. On the plus side you did cancel my order right away,

Prices are higher than average; website offers limited functionality (could not cancel an order without talking to them). Started to receive tons of spam after one order placed.

Petflow is supposed to give 30% off of your 1st auto ship order, but I was NOT able to get this discount. Bad 1st impression for a new customer

Ordered my dog’s prescription dog food as well as some toys from PetFlow. The order was shipped as two packages. The toys came quickly, but the dog food that was listed as in stock did not ship. When I went online to check, this product was no longer listed on the website. Nobody from PetFlow called or emailed me to let me know that the Royal Canine prescription food was no longer available from their store. The service rep I spoke with thought maybe it was just out of stock, but he was unable to find any listing or information on why it disappeared, but offered to refund my order.
