I ordered our dog food through this website. It is a prescription food that was in static at the time of the order and out of stock two days later. Needless to say I didn’t receive the order and was charged for it. Not great service, I should have been notified at the time of the order.

I am extremely disappointed that PetFlow attempts to manipulate users into the "Auto ship" subscription. It is necessary to "UN-check" or explicitly decline auto ship in order to prevent the order from being autoshipped. This is extremely underhanded and deceptive. Please remedy this. Also, please consider eliminating the term "reach out to" from your customer service vocabulary. It is insincere and presumptive. Thank you for asking for my opinion.

pricey and website showed items that they did not have. They left off some items in my order and sent in a second shipment days later. Support was good but I will go back to using my other online supplier that shows "temporarily out of stock" on items on the website.

They have decent prices but 2 of the last 3 items I have ordered I get an email days later saying it is on back order. One I did a subscription for and after 3 months and multiple emails I finally had to cancel it. It was not easy to do either. You have to call and wait for someone to call you back and then try to sale you some other item instead. Not user friendly. I won't sign up for any repeating orders again. Still waiting to see if I get my last items on back order. Been 2 weeks now. Next week I will cancel if not received. More than likely I won't be using Petflow any more.

The service was fine. However, the food, the frozen meat/vegetables made my dogs sick. I mixed it with their regular food so it wouldn't mess up their digestion, but my older dog threw up all night. I have a senior dog - 12 years old - and a young one - 1 year old. Maybe it's not for all dogs. But the company's response was quick and delivery soon.

GREAT PRODUCTS but very slow shipping :( compared to others who deliver dog food. My order was so slow I needed to buy a bag of food from Amazon as I ran out waiting for this.

I ordered two products. The first product met all the expectations. I ordered the 100 bully sticks. Product arrived as described in the website. My two Labrador Retrievers are now happily feasting on the bully sticks. The second product was a total let down. I ordered the Canine Caviar Buffaroo 12 count box. Well, I only received a single buffaroo. I called customer service to complain. I was told that I would be receiving the correct product in the next two days. I did not. Once again, I received another single buffaroo. I called customer service again. I was told once again that the correct product would be shipped this time around. Not to sound like a broken record, I received another single buffaroo. By then I was quite frustrated and just mentally exhausted from this whole experience.
