Would like more variety of canned food choices (sizes, brands, and varieties) but with care selections, it's a good option. The prices are comparable to pet stores - it would be nice if there were sales, specials or other discounts more broadly avaiable. The website is easy to use and the shipping is really fast.

Fair prices, great delivery price and system, but too many emails!!!!!!!! After I've made my purchase, I don't want to be HOUNDED! Pun intended.

The only complaint we have is that we ordered 2 large bags of dog food.....Delivery service could barely life the box which wasn't strong enough to handle both bags....box nearly falling apart as a result.

My dogs like the Purina One small sized pieces beef and rice, and that is what I ordered and always received until the last order arrived. This large bag is not what I ordered and contains pork. I thought I would try it, maybe Purina One changed their bags, or something, not so, they will only eat it when I combine it with scrambled eggs or chopped up meat. Not only is this more expensive, but it also adds calories to their food. Something they do NOT need. If the next bag is the same, I guess I will be lugging bags home from the grocery store as I used to do.

I love the decent price and the free shipping and the auto ship options. I don't like that my 12 oz cans of catfood almost always have some banged up around the edges. More like its been dropped in the warehouse than banged up in shipping. I also have a suggestion that you begin to carry Fizzion cat urine cleaning tablets. They are about the best thing since sliced bread. Plus they are lightweight tablets rather than a liquid cleaner.

I emailed the company a request to have my next shipment moved up a week, but either I dropped the ball or they did, ( I think it was them, natch) but the shipment was never sent. So a week later I emailed again, and this time the stuff was there three days later! So kudos, but don't rely on the email getting read.

I appreciate the free shipping and the convience but after doing some comparison most items I bought were $5-10 over local retail. Not sure the convience of it justifys that much increase in cost.
