PetFlow has been a good company to work with. Customer Service always helps promptly when I need them. Food is shipped super fast! Prices are reasonable. Wish they had my cat litter and I have made that suggestion to them. Only glitch ever encountered is sometimes the website has caused me difficulty when making changes like adding or deleting stuff.

The Petflow subscription service is great! Very convenient. My one big issue with Petflow is that they sell your information to solicitors; right after we signed up, I started getting a lot of sales calls, etc--all directed to my dog's name. Not cool.

I like PetFlow Very Much. The only difficulty that I have ever encountered is when a cat's toy was shipped with heavy bags of food. The shipping container was not taped well and came open on the bottom, the heavy food made the toy pop apart and half of it was lost through the open box. I called to speak with a representative who told me I had to send the code off the package in with a letter, and they would replace it. I do not get outside of my home very much, let alone to the post office, so I did not send the letter. It's not that I can afford $14 for a toy, but the difficulty involved in getting a replacement is too much for me and far outweighs the advantage. I don't know why the rep could not have just taken the number from me over the phone and sent a replacement. Needless to say, I will not be ordering any more toys from PetFlow. Other than that, the deliver service is very wonderful and I will continue to use it for my pets' needs.

Petflow is easy to use and saves me from having to tote around a heavy bag of petfood. Very convenient, easy to use and affordable.

I like having PetFlow deliver right to my door. My dogs are on special food which is too expensive, and my vet only carries smaller bags. PetFlow has the larger bags, and because I signed up for auto-deliver, I get shipping free! The only reason I gave them four instead of five stars is for billing reasons. Last time, I got charged less for my food (yay) but then I got charged $15+ for shipping- not sure how that happened. It was the same food I've always ordered. Also, if you try changing your delivery date, even if it's for a month away, they try charging your credit card right away instead of on your delivery date.

We had two issues on our first order. The bag of dry dog food was not sealed so we had dry dog food loose in the box. The second issue is that everything was in one box. I am sure I am not the only older person ordering from Petflow. I had to leave the box on the front porch until my husband got home. Maybe there is an alternative way to do this. Otherwise, it is great getting our pet supplies delivered.
