Allow me to place an order on something that was not in stock and three weeks later still waiting on item. Hope that this does'nt happen a second time since it's something that is on automatic ordering. Friendly customer service.

Great and reliable service. Very efficient. BUT, the packing, even though there was an attempt to improve it, still needs work. Maybe if smaller cartons were used, they wouldn't arrive in the condition they do. The boxes/taping is not strong enough for the weight stuffed into them

I like the ease of ordering and the selection. One of my dogs uses a less popular vet brand due to illness and Petflow is one of the only places that carry it at a decent price. Shipping is pretty good but the packaging is usually not strong enough. Most boxes are completely broken when they arrive and have too much weight in them. The selection of premium dog food is good too, I use it for my non-special needs dogs. The Web site is OK, but it is very easy to send the shipment to the wrong address if your billing and shipping addresses are different. There are no coupons or deals for vet food, and very rarely are there any at all for regular food purchases

I absolutly love having the large bags of dog and cat food delivered right to my door....and for the same price I used to pay at the store. Shipping is free as well ... One negative I have found tho is that the dry food seems to be more dusty or broken down, most likely due to the constant handling.

I have an auto delivery set up (new customer). They are supposed to ship 3 bags of dog food at the specified interval. My first auto delivery they only shipped one bag. I got an e- mail that they refunded me for the 2 bags they didn't ship, but I thought it was pretty crappy they didn't send me the 2 bags in a separate shipment. I obviously need the 3 bags of dog food. I set up this account to make it easier on me...not more difficult. Now I have to go out and find 2 bags of this dog food locally or move up my next delivery. What a pain!!!

Petflow carries both Core Ocean and Orijen dog food at good prices and free delivery. Deliver is not as fast as Wag.com, who does not carry Orijen, but still timely.

My box arrived smashed and 2/3 rds. of the way open. Boxes need to be taped better and marked not to be smashed up. They also need the plastic blowups on top and bottom of the inside of the box. The dog food had a lot of crumbled crumbs in it. You all have been great to work with though. Thank you for your time.

I have a pack of dogs! So when I need dog food, I NEED dog food! Do you ever go into a pet store where you bring your dog and try to wrangle those killer ginormous bags of food AND your curious pooch, and the cart? Now I can have free delivery of all the heavy food TO MY DOOR and not worry about lifting and shopping carts or running out. And Free Shipping! I keep wondering why someone didn't think of this before!!!
