I would give 5 stars except for one thing: Both orders of mine arrived with the boxes split open. This could be remedied by the application of tape on the ends (top and bottom) of the shipping box, instead of just one strip of tape down the middle.

As stated above a more varied variety of products would be appreciated. Thye monthgly shipment is great and the ability to adjust the shipment (both products and delivery dates is easy.)

These folks are very reliable and we've enjoyed their service for 4 months. They changed our address as requested, but we were not informed that it would take 7 days for delivery (as opposed to the previous 3 days), and we were left on the weekend without food (prescription) for our dog. Luckily, the local vet was able to supply us with what we needed.

Kasey the cat was very very happy to get his late Christmas present today. Price is about the same as in the store but it saved me from having to drive to petsmart (gas about the same as shipping) Thanks

They were one of the few places that had the diabetic food my Chihuahua needed, so I gave them a shot. Shipping was very reasonable, and the food came fast....I'd definitely buy from them again (and I will).

I've only received my first shipment, but ordering was easy and delivery was made on time. There it was, right there on my front porch! No lugging the big bag out of the store, in and out of the car and into the house! Plus, the price was the same as what I have been paying AND I ordered when free shipping was offered!
