I love the ease of petflow. The shipping is always quick and the prices are competitive. The only flaw I've encountered is having to reach out to customer service to cancel my auto-shipment. I wish you could just cancel in your account.

Definitely a great buy for the price. I've been feeding my dog this brand of dog food for over a year and she loves it. It's hard to find in my area or the price is ridiculous so I grabbed it from petflow. Shipping came right on time! The only back draw is that the delivery man didn't ring the doorbell to let me know that it had arrived and the estimated time of delivery was consistently changing as well. Other than that my pups are happy campers and so am I. It even came with perks for other products that I maybe interested in such as discounted wines deals, hello fresh meals and others!

Only problem was delayed delivery caused by Holiday packages. Pet Flow not to blame for this.

Good first time experience. I would like to suggest shipping our 33 lb. bags of dog food in two separate boxes instead of one big heavy box of 66 lbs. It was hard for FedEx to carry and for me to maneuver into the house in the rain.

I really like Petflow but I find their format to change an order confusing.

The product and website were great but really wish they had faster delivery.

Overall, decent price and shipping time frame okay. I wish it could have been delivered a few days earlier.
