I switched from chewy to petflow cause they were the only ones that carry Fromm dog food and when i switched my dogs from Blue Buffalo I found this site. The prices are pretty fair and close to competitors, most products are cheaper than Amazon.

Very good product; shipping is fairly quick, and prices are reasonable. It does end up costing me a lot more, though, since I have to send it to a reshipper, because Petflow doesn't ship to Canada. But that's my problem, not theirs.

I placed an order, but I had no shipping info for three days. I called PetFlow about the order's status and was told that a software program had been having difficulties and seemed resolved. The rep advised me that she couldn't give me any info about a possible shipping date. However, she did offer to cancel the order if timing was an issue. She did follow up and emailed me when the cancellation had been processed. This is EXCELLENT service, and I gave my review only 4 stars because of the delay and software problem. The company should have perhaps informed customers there was a problem when placing the order in the first place. But, I will definitely look to PetFlow to order next time.

Great to deal with. Good pricing. Lots of variety. My reason for not giving them 5 stars is the lack of communication when the shipping estimate was not met. Product was fresh when it arrived.

Petflow was one of the only sites to have the prescription food I needed, but their turnaround time to reach out to the vet is really slow - it took 3 days for them to request the approval and was about a week after I placed my order that it finally shipped. Thankfully shipping was quick. Their CS team is friendly and helpful and you can easily just text them to get info on your order, which is great, just wish things moved a little quicker :)

I’m very happy with Petflow and will continue to order from them but their shipping is a bit slower than some other vendors that I also use.

You are great. I understand deliveries are slower because of Covid 19.

Love the convenience of ordering online and free delivery. One issue: Why is it necessary to call the vet on every order when the order does not change? My dog has had the same food for many years. I know my vet is one of the busiest in San Diego. Would like to relieve them of a call that seems unnecessary.
