Shopping on this site is easy and my products come quickly. Unfortunately occasionally an item is out of stock and I have to purchase it locally.

Prices were competitive and shipping was quick...But delivered to an address I had not lived for 5 years, AND I Had to fill out a new profile. I called and they re-sent my order

It would be nice if the website had an instant chat feature OR if customer service could be contacted by email. Also, if we could upload a copy of a prescription, it would make the process go much faster for filling orders that require one.

I needed my cats food and was offered a 15% discount coupon which was only good for AUTO SHIP orders and a minimum order of 15.00 was required. Well, I did order her food and some toys and made my minimum order and it was delivered in a TIMELY manner so that was good but I wish that coupon could have been used for a regular order as I didn't want to sign up for their auto ship orders. Based on that 4 stars ..... delivery was no better than Chewy so I think I will stick with Chewy since I am paying shipping anyway. BUT if you are interested in auto ship then PetFlow was fine.

We are very happy with Petflow's shopping experience, inventory and service. Our only complaint is that our orders are shipped using FedEx who is notoriously poor for shipments from the east or midwest to California. Pretty much every package shipped to us (from PetFlow and other e-retailers) does not arrive on the expected delivery date- often a week or more late. It is beyond frustrating as UPS and USPS are far more reliable. Please consider changing carriers when shipping to California.

The website doesn’t allow for changes or add ons if you have an existing repeat delivery set up. Kinda frustrating. When you call the people are friendly and want to help, but many of them are hard to understand.
