Late delivery - The first email we received said the shipment would arrive Saturday but then upon checking it Friday, it was to arrive Tuesday. We had to go to the store to purchase a small bag of food (which they didn't have the right kind) on Monday as our dog was out of food. This was the first time I've experienced a problem - normally it comes sooner than I expected.

Not easy to cancel auto shipments. Have to call or email and talk to representative to cancel.

Ordering was easy. Got my package within 2 days. When I opened the box. The product was not in the packaging, it was just thrown in the box, Oh, the packaging was just thrown in the box also. all was on the bottom. I also ordered another product, another size and that was in it's packaging. First time I ordered threw Petflow. Not impressed.

Had multiple problems with pharmacy group. Pharmacy personnel actually told our Vet that we called in the wrong info. They finally fixed the problem.

It's been more than one occasion where it takes more than a week to receive my order. My more recent auto ship order was placed on Monday and it'll be arriving tomorrow Saturday. It's pretty frustrating since I have the presumption of it taking three days and not 5-6.

I had been pleased with PetFlow, but then they accused me of being a reseller. Our puppy (Berner/Great Pyrenees) is growing so quickly and eating so much they grilled us about our purchases. A few crates and several bags of treats and they thought we were resellers. Stupid.

Bag of food arrived ripped in box, with food spilled all over the box. Delivered in the rain, so all the spilled food was soaked and spoiled. Probably will not give this company a second chance.
