I received my order very quickly. I would have given 5 stars, but the dog treats arrived completely crushed and in crumbs by the weight of the heavy bags of dry food. They should have been boxed separately.

Services fine prices a couple dollars higher than their competitors it's they're shipping it is entirely too long to ship your order four to five days is kind of ridiculous actually. Chewy.com can get it to you in 2 days no reason why they couldn't

Received 2 bags food and one was open due to improper handling of fed ex, you shipped a replacement at no charge and the second bag came damaged with a big hole indent in box and into bag. I did not call back and probably will not use this company again until options for shipping with another carrier

I needed a prescription for the pet food I waa purchasing and PetFlow offered to reach out to my vet for approval. However, I called my vet twice and PetFlow three times to get it handled. Then I ended up canceling my order and yet the product ended up shipping anyway- after I canceled. I also found it cheaper elsewhere after the fact. PetFlow will not be where I go for my needs in the future.

I have been using Petflow for about a year and had been very satisfied until the recent delivery. I did not receive the order shipped notification so could not track the order. Unfortunately the order was delivered to the wrong location (Fedex issue). In addition when I contacted Petflow I received the automatic response that someone would be back in touch but never received any contact. Thankfully the package was delivered to someone who knew us and they called. We had the inconvenience of having to go get the package.

Bully sticks ordered were below standards. I was given a replacement order but they weren’t much better. Won’t order those again . Would like a bit better quality checks on products.

It is a huge convenience for me to order my dog food, toys & treats online to have it delivered to my door. I have been ordering from this company for a while now w/no major issues until my last order. For some reason the order was cancelled & I was not informed of it or why. It typically takes a week to get my order, which seems long & the toys selection is not huge as competitors websites. My dogs eat a food brand not found in stores close to me so when my order was mysteriously cancelled I ran out of food, had to drive far to get a small bag costing $20 only to find out after I called that my order was not coming. They were kind enough to offer a coupon, but no explanation of why the order was cancelled so I now wonder if this will happen again. I’ve now had to go out again to buy a bigger bag of food for $50 to get us by until the food is delivered a week from now. ☹️
