Though your shipping was sufficient, your website is hard to navigate. I have tried to log in to my account more than four times. It says I can reset my password, yet you do not send me an email to do so! I did know my password, yet it does not register with you. I cannot find out about my auto ship.

It takes way too long to get your order once it is placed. I’ve slways been used to the prompt 2 day service from Chewy but since they no longer carry Fromm I don’t shop with them. Now I shop locally. I’m still amazed at how long your shipping takes!!!! Wouldn’t you want to be a bit more efficient?

I called to place an order because I had specific shipping instructions. The customer service representative did not confirm the shipping address so my entire order went to my old address. I was not aware on the website you could specify a default shipping address, so I had not changed the default address to put our new addresses the default address.Ques Nevertheless she should have confirmed the shipping address! When I called, I spoke to a manager and he apologized and said he would resend the order at no charge, which I would assume would be standard procedure since I received none of the first order!

Your shipping can turn out to be a nightmare for those of us that are somewhat rural. Involuntary transferring from FedEx to the USPS through no fault of your customers needs to be fixed asap!
