I use auto order. I want to change what I order each time. I always find it difficult to change the items! It’s cumbersome to add something and then delete it.....wouldn’t it be nice to have a button that deletes everything in the order so I can then put in a new order! I would find this much easier to use! I enjoy giving my dog the treats and food. A as Nd my dog loves From. Tomas 281-782-4454

I have 2 dogs and they eat Raw Boost Kibble. it cost $70 for 20 LBS. I like your service but I miss your 15% off food E-mails. I hope you bring them back. Otherwise I have to go where the food is the cheapest. Thanks

Please stop using Fedex ground for shipping. After Petflow and Fedex being notified numerous times that my shipments are being delivered to my work address, Fedex continues to attempt to deliver my shipments after hours which causes at least 2 day delays.

My cat food was supposed to be delivered on a Friday, but I did not receive it until Sunday morning. As a result, there was a lot of anxiety in the house because I was running perilously low on cat food. This just seems really sloppy to me. I've used other pet food delivery services, and they always delivery very quickly. However, the food is good and my cats like it a lot.

The problem I find is not with the food but in my ability to delete or adjust the order once it has been entered. Because I couldn't delete one of two exactly the same auto ships, I got both. This is okay as I can use a double order but will have to go back in and try and figure out how to delete an entire order. I do use "Chewy" for all other supplies (since I have 20 rescued cats) and find that their system for ordering and changing orders is superior.

I think Petflow is fine, they do put out orders/deliveries extremely fast. I do wish Fromm food would be discounted at some points but it never is. When I order a case of Fromm canned dog food often the cans come dented, which I don't particularly like since I'm paying about $50 for the case. Last order they sent me a 10lb box of freeze dried dog food by mistake & I let them know & they ordered a FedEx driver to come pick it up from me- no big deal, but I did save them a $60 dollar box of food by being honest & didn't even really get a thank you let alone a discount on my next order.....
