I am a newbie and my experience with PetFlow.com was excellent. The speed at which I receive my product even during the pandemic was amazing. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because of how the website was setup. It was not as easy to navigate as I would like. If website improves 5 stars all the way.

I was confused when it asked to schedule a date. The date I chose turned out to be the date it shipped and I thought it to be the date it arrived.

I've been a customer for several years. I'm 80 y.o.. Past deliveries by Fed Express have been excellent. Driver has placed these heavy packages at my front door. Unfortunately, this past delivery by FedEx the driver literally left the box on the street at the entrance to my driveway which is 300 feet from my house. Needless to say I was not a "happy customer". To continue using PetFlow, I will need to be reassured FedEx will deliver order to my front door or garage.

Great ordering delivery process and timing. My only problem came when i opened the box, using a short sharp edge to cut through the brown threaded packing tape. I put a large gash in the middle section of the 14lb bag of food. Wish there had been a protective piece of cardboard underneath the box fold .

I ordered an eight pound bag of prescription dry cat food. It arrived fairly quickly, despite waiting for my vet's authorization. The price was right too.
