Have never had a problem with PetFlow. We have been with the company for several years. We lived in NC then moved to a temporary place in SC— no problem then moved to our new house and no problems. We lost our Allie in May, 2024 and had to stop, they were very kind. Just called last week to re-start again with puppy food — NO PROBLEM😊

I ordered on a Saturday and called on Sunday to see if I could expedite. I wish I remembered the young lady's name she was extremely. since the shipment was coming from Sacramento, we deduced I should have the package by Wed. (which I did). She did message the warehouse the urgency of my package which I am forever grateful for!

Customer service is great and delivery was super fast. This is a very good company to deal with and order from. Just wish the Sweet Potato treats weren't so expensive, but that's not the fault of the company or the people that work here.
