Your products work making my life easier. I'm not my cat's food source anymore. I always know she's drinking and eating even if I'm not home.

I don't think enough water in bowl for cats. Sometimes bowl isn't full. Using until I find something better.

I think the Pro Max 2 is great. One of my cats uses it with no hesitation, however the other really doesn't like it but uses it anyway. Unfortunatly, I do have some issues. The inside of the drum is not as large as I expected. My cats are about 11 lbs each and find it very cramped. My largest cat has even peed and pooped on the outside of the opening. I also, don't like that the camera app doesn't seem to record 24hrs a day. I only get picks in the morning hours but I know that they use the box more often due to the amount of waste. Not sure what to think of that. I'm still in my 30 day window on the app and may just choose to not renew it. Otherwise, the box works perfectly as advertised. Deodorizes well, cleans well, looks aesthetically pleasing, I even got the ramp which also helps cut down with litter on the floor, which there is practically none.

Hi Rose, Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’re glad to hear that the Purobot Max Pro 2 has been working well overall and that you’re enjoying its cleaning, deodorizing, and design features. Regarding the camera, we’d like to clarify that event photos are generated when the system detects your cat’s presence rather than recording continuously 24 hours a day. The Live View feature, however, provides a real-time view whenever you access it through the app. We also understand your concerns about the interior space, especially when you have larger cats. Every cat has a different body shape and preference, so we appreciate you sharing your experience with us. Thank you again for your valuable feedback and for choosing PETKIT! – The PETKIT Team
