Alexa at customer service was helpful and told me how and exactly what I needed to do for my new dog who was chipped but not registered. I appreciated her patience and time with me.

Terrible. My dogs chip doesn't work anymore. My veterinarian emailed you about what to do, and you responded by sending them a message on how to change my password. Not what I needed.

Dear Andrew, Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and I sincerely apologize for the frustrating experience you and your veterinarian have had. I understand that after reaching out regarding a non-functional microchip, the response your veterinarian received was irrelevant to the issue and failed to address the urgent need to secure your dog’s identification. This is not the standard of service we aim to provide. We would appreciate the opportunity to make this right. Please contact us directly at [email protected] referencing this Trustpilot review so we can ensure this is handled correctly.

one of the trackers I purchased quit charging. Therefor does not work. I have been in contact 2 on phone and numerous email. I get its been elevated, or 48 hours to respond. Its been 5 or 6 days now no response. What!!! It is less than 30 days old. I have paid for two trackers, and 2 year service for both. What's the problem??? Less than 30 days old, should be replaced. Why do I have this issue.

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your feedback. We're truly sorry to hear that your new tag didn’t meet the expectations set by your previous order. I wanted to clarify that a lot of our current tags are laser-engraved rather than embossed. This process uses a high-intensity beam to permanently etch the text into the metal. While it may feel smoother to the touch than embossing, it is designed to be highly durable and won't "rub off" like surface printing. That said, your satisfaction is our priority. Since the metal thickness and finish weren't what you expected compared to your last experience, We'd like to offer you a 30% discount on a new order. Please email us at [email protected] to receive the discount code. We hope to hear from you!
